Wicked Ways does not offer warranties for any of the following items: New Items (except custom built orders), Used Items, Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, or Gift Cards.
Wicked Ways offers many services. Several of these services are warrantied, while others are not. The services not warrantied include: Part and Accessory and some Emergency Services.
Wicked Ways will offer a warranty on the following services: Welding and Brazing Services, Design and Fabrication Services, Paint, Powder Coating, and Abrasive Blasting Services, Auto Repair Services (Gas and Diesel), and select Emergency Services (depending on what service is needed at that time).
Wicked Ways will provide a warranty on all eligible goods and services listed above for 90 days from purchase/service date. If during the 90 days from your purchase/service date, your eligible purchased product or service renders a defect or failure related directly to the product or service Wicked Ways provided, and not from any fault, mishandle, or misuse from the customer themselves, then Wicked Ways will gladly repair the product, replace the product, or perform the service again free of charge. This may or may not include a refund as well. This will be solely up to Wicked Ways and the policies it has provided.
Every product and service Wicked Ways provides is unique, so every product and service warranty will be addressed and corrected individually with no correlation to any other product, service, or warranty claim.
