Cancellations

An order can be canceled at customers request as long as the order has not started processing. Cancellation requests received after an order starts processing can not be canceled. If the item is eligible for a return, you may start a return and request a refund. 


Returns

Returns are for refund only. No exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. For items purchased in-store or in-person, returns are accepted within 14 of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please fill out the form below to get started and obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the invoice number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.


Return Shipping

Authorized returns for items shipped in error, or items being returned because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.


Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for returns: Clearance items, Final Sale Items, Perishable Items, Special-Order Items, Custom Products, Custom Orders, Fabricated and Welded Items, and Gift Cards. Wicked Ways reserves the right to refuse any return if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.


Condition of Items

Except for new items that are realized to be defective after purchase and items sent in error, items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.


Form of Payment

Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit or a cash refund may be issued.


Restocking Fee

Except for items that are returned for being damaged, defective, or sent in error, a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price will be applied. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
